How to manage all requests

By clicking on the Manage Requests link on the menu, the staff team can manage all the requests of the system. Staff have full control over the requests.

The requests can be filtered and sorted by Title, ID, Agent, Date, and Status.

You will be able to see the Activity of the request (column Activity). Old means that the ticket hasn’t been checked for a while, and Awaiting Support Reply means the ticket hasn’t been answered by the Staff team yet.
