How to manage a request from the Dashboard

From the backend of the platform, Staff team will have access to all requests.

By clicking on the title of any request you will be able to modify status and the content.

The request can be assigned to another staff member.

A private note that can only be seen by staff users can be added here by clicking on the yellow button located at the top where it says “Add Note”.

If the Staff wants to send a message to the Requester, then a Reply should be included. Files can also be attached to the communication thread.

NOTE: DO NOT upload files containing the symbol # on the name.
